We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that as the buyer, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us. We only accept returns where the product is in its original packing, unused without defects, with intact hygiene protection, has all labels still attached, and which have been reported to us via email and confirmed by us answering you with an approval.

To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@otanned.com with your order number, name, phone number, and reason for the return.

We kindly ask that you wait for our confirmation email with approval before sending the products back to us. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
